We want you to love your purchase from Manny’s Collection. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received them

  • Include all original packaging and tags

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the product you’d like instead.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note: banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund
